E-sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si rendszer Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1ban<\/h2>\nA 294. cikk (2) bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben eml\u00edtett \u00e1rusz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sok mentes\u00fclnek a k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g al\u00f3l, hogy a sz\u00e1ml\u00e1kat a nemzeti e-sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si rendszerben, az E-Factura rendszerben k\u00fcldj\u00e9k meg. Az 1. \u00a7 (a) \u00e9s (b) pontja, valamint a 227\/2015. sz\u00e1m\u00fa t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 2. \u00a7 (k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gen bel\u00fcli sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sok \u00e9s exportok).<\/p>\n
Az elektronikus sz\u00e1mla olyan sz\u00e1mla, amelyet struktur\u00e1lt XML form\u00e1tumban \u00e1ll\u00edtanak ki, k\u00fcldenek \u00e9s fogadnak. Ez a strukt\u00fara lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a rom\u00e1n E-sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si rendszer, a RO E-Factura \u00e1ltali elektronikus \u00e9s automatikus feldolgoz\u00e1st.<\/strong><\/p>\nAmikor az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s befejez\u0151dik, a rendszer automatikusan v\u00e1laszt gener\u00e1l, \u00e9s ha az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s sikeres, a P\u00e9nz\u00fcgyminiszt\u00e9rium al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1sa alkalmaz\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl.
