Your main missions are:
- Manage and supervise the support and TMA activity of existing customers with ticket tracking; qualification, management, dispatching
- Monitoring reporting
- Relationship with customers
Location: Lyon or Paris, possible visits to the customer
Availability: as soon as possible
Remuneration: according to experience
- You have experience in this area, 2 years minimum
- You have a good knowledge of management software acquired through training and previous professional experience. Knowledge of Sage X3 is an asset.
- You are motivated, pragmatic, organized, able to work in a team but you also know how to work independently when necessary.
- You are able to work in a multinational context and have adaptability.
