In Roemeni\u00eb zijn de e-factureringsregelgevingen ge\u00ebvolueerd om deze trend te weerspiegelen en de invoering van effici\u00ebntere methoden aan te moedigen.<\/p>\n<p>Roemeni\u00eb heeft verschillende oplossingen ontwikkeld om de opkomst van elektronische facturering te beheren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/deveho.com\/nl\/services\/e-facturering\/e-factureringssysteem-in-roemenie\/e-factura\/\"><strong>E-FACTURA<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>E-TRANSPORT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Op 15 december 2023 is een reeks wijzigingen in het RO E-Transportsysteem van kracht geworden. V\u00f3\u00f3r de publicatie van EGO nr. 115\/2023, het RO E-Transport systeem was alleen van toepassing in het geval van wegtransport van goederen met een hoog fiscaal risico, uitgevoerd binnen Roemeni\u00eb. Dit omvatte verschillende rapportageverplichtingen voor entiteiten die betrokken zijn bij transacties met en\/of het wegtransport van dergelijke goederen.<br \/>\nMet de nieuwe publicatie is de reikwijdte van het RO E-Transport systeem echter uitgebreid met een rapportageverplichting voor het internationale wegtransport van goederen. Deze transporten moeten worden gerapporteerd ongeacht de aard van de goederen (d.w.z. niet alleen voor goederen met een hoog fiscaal risico).<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel de maatregelen met betrekking tot de rapportage van het internationale wegvervoer van goederen al op 15 december 2023 van kracht werden, treden sancties voor het niet naleven van de nieuwe verplichtingen met betrekking tot het internationale wegvervoer van goederen in werking vanaf 1 juli 2024.<\/p>\n<p>De verplichting om in het RO E-Transport System de gegevens met betrekking tot het internationale goederenvervoer te vermelden, rust op de volgende gebruikers:<br \/>\n-de ontvanger die vermeld staat in de invoeraangifte of de afzender die vermeld staat in de uitvoeraangifte, indien van toepassing, voor goederen die onderworpen zijn aan import- of exporttransacties;<br \/>\n-de begunstigde in Roemeni\u00eb in geval van intracommunautaire verwervingen van goederen;<br \/>\n-de leverancier in Roemeni\u00eb, in geval van intracommunautaire leveringen van goederen;<br \/>\n-de bewaarnemer, in geval van goederen die onderworpen zijn aan intracommunautaire transacties in transit.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3><red>Regelgevende omgeving voor e-facturering in Roemeni\u00eb<\/red><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3>Voordelen van <br \/>e-facturering in Roemeni\u00eb<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vereisten voor het Roemeense e-factureringssysteem Elektronische facturering is uitgegroeid tot een moderne en effici\u00ebnte oplossing voor het beheren van zakelijke transacties op wereldwijde schaal.
