During the Deveho Tour 2025, the Rossmann Group provided feedback on its ambitious digital transformation project, which was carried out in partnership with the Deveho Consulting Group. The testimonial highlights the group's deployment of Sage X3 across multiple countries, the integration of Deveho Mobility and the use of Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) to improve performance and collaboration.
The Rossmann Group is a leading manufacturer and producer of cardboard packaging. It operates in France, Romania, Poland, Belgium and Africa. With almost 25 sites and over 2,500 employees, not to mention an annual turnover of around €800 million, the Group is renowned for its industrial expertise and commitment to innovation.
🌍 This project perfectly illustrates the Rossmann Group’s desire to standardise its working methods, strengthen collaboration between its international subsidiaries, and leverage powerful technological tools to support its growth.
In February 2025, at the Sage X3 Customer Club, Nathalie Rigaux-Burnand, Director of Management Control at the Rossmann Group, shared her inspiring experience of a major ERP project that was launched ten years ago.
With a presence in several Eastern European and African countries, the Rossmann Group needed a system capable of supporting its growth while accounting for local specifics. Sage X3 proved to be the right solution for these challenges.
The project was built around a clear ambition: to harmonise practices without imposing a single model. Each site has retained a degree of autonomy while being connected to a common base structure.
The modular rollout enabled a gradual ramp-up according to the priorities of each entity, function by function (accounting, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, etc.).
This testimonial highlights the transformative power of ERP systems for groups undergoing change, offering more than mere computerisation: they are a lever for harmonisation, structuring and anticipation.
At Deveho, we are proud to have supported the Rossmann Group with this ambitious project. We would like to thank Nathalie Rigaux-Burnand and all our teams for their trust and dedication.
