Deveho Tour 2026

A few months after hitting the road, let’s look back at the Deveho Tour 2026: four events focusing on AI, automation, e-invoicing, cybersecurity and Sage X3.

Building on the success of the 2025 edition, the Deveho Tour 2026 elevated the conversation to deliver an even richer program, combining technical expertise, regulatory insights, strategic innovation, and real-world feedback directly to our customers and partner ecosystem.
From Lyon and Paris to Utrecht and our dedicated Central Europe webinar, the 2026 roadshow provided a collaborative forum to address the critical transformations shaping modern information systems: practical AI, financial process automation, mandatory e-invoicing, evolving regulatory frameworks, and strategic cybersecurity within the Sage X3 ecosystem.
Four stops, four high-impact events, and countless valuable exchanges—all designed to share our vision, showcase the latest ERP innovations, and empower organizations to convert industry shifts into sustainable growth.

The Deveho Tour 2026: four stops

The Tour was built around four complementary events:

  • Lyon – 21 April 2026: launch of the edition in France, focusing on Sage X3, financial automation, Yooz, and cybersecurity.
  • Paris – 28 April 2026: an event dedicated, in particular, to Sage developments, AI, e-invoicing and cybersecurity challenges.
  • CEE Webinar – 19 May 2026: a digital format, bringing together clients, partners and experts to discuss ERP developments and digital transformation across Europe.
  • Utrecht – 21 May 2026: the final stop of the Tour, with a strong European focus on AI, e-invoicing, Dutch regulations and financial automation.

Behind these four dates was a shared objective: to create spaces for practical discussion around the challenges businesses are facing today and tomorrow.

The major topics that shaped this edition

Beyond the different stages, several themes emerged as the real common threads running through the Deveho Tour 2026.

1. Artificial intelligence: from promise to practical applications

AI naturally played an important role in this edition.

With Sage Copilot and SEI Copilot, discussions moved beyond the hype to focus on how artificial intelligence can be integrated in practical ways into ERP environments.

Through demonstrations and use cases, participants were able to discover how AI can facilitate access to information, speed up analysis and enable users to interact more naturally with their data.

Within Sage X3, Sage Copilot is paving the way for more conversational interactions and the use of insights directly within the ERP environment.

Meanwhile, SEI Copilot provides a new way of accessing reporting and Business Intelligence, with the aim of turning available data into genuinely actionable information more quickly.

The message that emerged clearly from these discussions is that AI is gradually becoming part of everyday business practices and is becoming a genuine efficiency driver for teams.

2. Automation and digitisation: transforming financial processes

Another major topic of the Tour was the automation of financial processes, with a particular focus on invoice digitisation and the integration between Yooz and Sage X3.

The diverse Yooz sessions provided an opportunity to explore the challenges associated with automating Purchase-to-Pay processes, from invoice capture and digitisation, through to validation and integration into the ERP.

The demonstrations illustrated, in particular, how certain manual tasks can be automated, process reliability improved, and financial teams given greater visibility.

Particular attention was also paid to the Yooz Connector, which brings together Yooz’s automation capabilities with the Sage X3 environment.

This integration is part of a broader approach: building a more digital, more automated, and better-connected financial ecosystem, while retaining control over processes.

Thank you to the Yooz teams, including Celine Duplessis, Grégory Mignon, Chantelle Hollidge and Shelsea Adrian, for sharing their expertise and providing practical insights into these challenges throughout the Tour.

3. E-invoicing: moving from anticipation to action

E-invoicing was also an important, common thread throughout the discussions.

The discussions helped put this transformation into a broader European context, with different timelines, obligations, and levels of maturity depending on the country.

From France and Belgium, through to the Netherlands and other European markets, businesses today have to navigate regulatory frameworks that are evolving rapidly.

The challenge is therefore no longer simply to understand future obligations, but to prepare processes, systems and organisations now for these new requirements.

In Utrecht, as well as during the CEE webinar, this European dimension was particularly highlighted, with a presentation of e-invoicing developments and local specificities.

E-invoicing is therefore becoming a regulatory, technological and organisational issue, requiring a comprehensive view of the company’s ecosystem.

Thank you to Nicolas Majcher, Valentin Berthault from Sage, and Erik Holtz from Deveho for providing both a European and local perspective on developments in e-invoicing.

4. Cybersecurity and NIS2: a transformation that has become strategic

The fourth major topic addressed during the Tour was cybersecurity, with a particular focus on the NIS2 Directive and its implications for organisations.

The presentation by Géraud Gonzalez, Partner Cybersecurity at EY, highlighted developments in the European cybersecurity landscape and the new responsibilities placed on businesses.

Among the key findings: levels of maturity still vary significantly from one country to another, regulatory requirements are becoming increasingly stringent, and organisations need to anticipate rather than simply react.

The discussions also covered recent developments in the French framework, particularly the ReCyF framework published in March 2026.

Beyond compliance, one strong message emerged: cybersecurity must now be considered a strategic issue in its own right.

Securing information systems, data and exchanges is no longer solely the responsibility of the IT department; it is a responsibility involving all stakeholders across the organisation.

And what about Sage X3?

The Deveho Tour remains above all an event focused on the evolution of Sage X3 environments and their ability to support business transformation.

The different stages provided an opportunity to review roadmaps, Sage solution developments, extensions and lifecycle policies, as well as the way new technologies are enhancing the ERP experience.

In Paris and Utrecht in particular, discussions helped put Sage developments into perspective alongside new uses of AI, Business Intelligence and e-invoicing.

Ultimately, the challenge is to evolve the ERP at the same pace as the business: more connected, more intelligent, more automated and able to respond to new regulatory requirements.

Thank you to Bertrand Tack, Nicolas Majcher and the Sage teams, as well as the Deveho teams involved at the different stages, for sharing their vision and expertise on the evolution of the Sage X3 ecosystem.

A European edition, but above all a human one

While technological and regulatory topics were at the heart of the programme, the Deveho Tour 2026 cannot be reduced to presentations and demonstrations.

At every stage, we rediscovered what makes this format so valuable: direct discussions, practical questions, real-world feedback and conversations between clients, partners and experts.

Lyon — 21 April 2026

The Deveho Tour began in Lyon, at the Hôtel Fort Saint Laurent – Handwritten Collection, with a first day centred around proximity and knowledge sharing.

Alongside the Deveho teams, Celine Duplessis from Yooz, Géraud Gonzalez from EY and Bertrand Tack from Sage shared their expertise on the various topics covered in the programme, with Guy Leclercq and Victor Forcioli representing Deveho.

A first stage that set the tone for this edition: numerous discussions, practical questions and genuine interaction between participants.

Paris — 28 April 2026

One week later, the Deveho Tour continued its journey in Paris, at Mama Shelter Paris East.

Lucie Grezis, supported by Guy Leclercq, led the discussions on behalf of Deveho, while Gregory Mignon from Yooz, Géraud Gonzalez from EY and Bertrand Tack from Sage spoke on the different topics.

This stage provided an opportunity in particular to highlight Sage developments, the possibilities offered by AI and the challenges associated with e-invoicing and cybersecurity.

CEE Webinar — 19 May 2026

The Tour then took on a European dimension with a webinar designed to bring together clients, partners and teams from several Central and Eastern European markets.

Peter Dinaj opened the session for Deveho Slovakia, before handing over to Nicolas Majcher for the topics of Sage X3, AI and e-invoicing, followed by Shelsea Adrian and Iulian Hustea for a demonstration of Yooz and its integration with Sage X3.

A different format, but one that enabled us to continue the discussions and share a common vision of the transformations underway across Europe.

Utrecht — 21 May 2026

The final stage of the 2026 edition: Utrecht.

The Tour came to a close at Kunstkamer Utrecht, with a day dedicated to Deveho’s vision, developments in Sage X3, AI, e-invoicing, Dutch regulations and financial automation.

Guy Leclercq opened the day by sharing Deveho’s vision and ambitions, followed by presentations from Nicolas Majcher and Valentin Berthault from Sage, Chantelle Hollidge from Yooz and Erik Holtz from Deveho Netherlands.

This final stage also helped give the Tour a truly European dimension, placing common challenges and the specific characteristics of each market into perspective.

What we take away from the Deveho Tour 2026

Across the four events, one observation became clear: the transformations businesses are facing are now closely interconnected.

AI is transforming the way people work.
Automation is transforming processes.
E-invoicing is transforming exchanges and regulatory obligations.
Cybersecurity is transforming the way organisations need to think about protecting their systems and data.
And the ERP sits at the heart of this convergence.

It is precisely at this intersection between technology, regulation, business expertise and support that Deveho aims to continue playing its role: helping businesses understand these developments, anticipate them and, above all, turn them into drivers of performance.

But beyond technologies and trends, this edition also reminded us of the importance of meeting, exchanging ideas and sharing experiences.

That is what makes the Deveho Tour so valuable.

A huge thank you to all our clients, partners, speakers and Deveho teams who contributed to this 2026 edition.

Thank you for your trust, your questions, your feedback and the quality of the discussions that accompanied each stage.

From Lyon to Utrecht, via Paris and the CEE webinar, this edition once again provided an opportunity to share a common ambition: anticipating transformation in order to build the future more effectively.

And because the Tour does not stop here…

Thank you… and see you in 2027 for a new edition of the Deveho Tour! 🚀
