Deveho Consulting Group shall also not be liable for any indirect damage (such as loss of business or opportunity) resulting from the use of the www.deveho.com website.

Interactive areas (the possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to users. Deveho Consulting Group reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that does not comply with the legislation in force in France, in particular the provisions relating to the protection of personal data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deveho, as the controller, collects personal data about you and any other party whose details you provide to us when you:

We may also ask you to provide additional information about your business and preferences;
  • completing online forms (including call back requests), participating in surveys, posting on our message boards, posting blogs, downloading information such as white papers or other publications, or participating in any other interactive areas that appear on our website or within our application or service;
  • interact with us via social media;
  • provide us with your contact details when you register to use or access any of our websites, applications or services, or when you update those details;

10. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

10.2. WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS?

Depending on your actions on our website, the personal data we process includes:

  • Administration of the Deveho website: IP address, date and time of login, localisation;
  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, company, phone, country, content of the request;
  • Application form: name, email, phone, country, CV, letter of motivation;
  • Compilation of statistics and web analytics: aggregated anonymous data;
  • Performance analysis and measurement via third party cookies: IP address, login date and time, geolocation, data from cookies and other trackers;
  • Advertising via third party cookies: data from cookies and other trackers;
  • Management of requests to exercise GDPR rights: name, first name, email, data relating to the request;
  • Management of litigation: all personal data strictly necessary to defend the rights of Deveho.

These data are strictly necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

10.3. HOW LONG MAY PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?

The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing listed above and for an additional period for evidentiary purposes, in accordance with the applicable legal limitation periods.
